Triangle Crawl Space Solutions

Hillsborough's Triangle Crawl Space Solutions concentrates on one problem, moisture under the house. Its crews install and replace vapor barriers, fit dehumidifiers as a Santa Fe certified installer, remove mold, repair or replace insulation and put in sump pumps. Full crawl space encapsulation is part of the mix, and the company says sealing a space can also trim energy bills. Its usual sump pump is the Zoeller M-53. The dehumidifiers it installs are made in the USA, carry an Energy Star rating and come with a six year warranty. Every home is different, so the first step is a free assessment of what the crawl space needs. The company serves Hillsborough, Durham, Chapel Hill and Carrboro and nearby towns across the Triangle. Rated 4.9 from 268 Google reviews, 261 of them five stars. Vented crawl spaces covered by a bare plastic sheet are the kind of job it takes on, along with musty air, mold and standing water beneath the floor.
