Thompson Brothers Exterminating and Waterproofing

Thompson Brothers Exterminating and Waterproofing is a family-owned company in Forest City that has served the Carolinas since 1957, with offices in Forest City and Spartanburg. Pest control and termite work come first, from ant, roach and bed bug treatment to termite inspections and repair of termite damage. The waterproofing side covers basements and crawlspaces in new construction, existing homes and commercial buildings, including basement leak repair, crawl space encapsulation, foundation waterproofing, sump pumps and water damage repair. A customer review describes French drain reinstallation and a new drainage field. Commercial pest control and mosquito control are also offered, along with termite inspections for new home sales. Estimates are free with no obligation, and a wall coating it uses carries a lifetime warranty. Rated 4.9 from 86 Google reviews, 82 of them five stars.
